Every event or show is highly dependent on manpower and equipment assets.

To run a successful show, there are a few key players which you need to cater for. The key roles include but are not limited to:

Event managers are arguably the most important role for any event to run smoothly. They are the bridge between the client and the production team, ensuring a proper flow of information and coming out with a well planned event schedule. The ability to coordinate and communicate well is a very important skill for any event manager. They are the person(s) that will be calling the show and giving the cues for certain production segments.

They will be the one that will give advice on the appropriate AV equipment to use for each show and to ensure the production team is able to meet the event creative objectives.
